At Pickleball 101, I specialise in introducing beginners to the exciting world of pickleball as well as early improvers who looking to further understand the core aspects of the game. My group coaching course focuses on fundamental techniques, rules, and game strategies, ensuring every newcomer gains the confidence and skills needed to enjoy the sport. My tailored individual or group coaching sessions are bespoke to you. If its ground strokes you want to work on, volleys or even just court positioning, my sessions will give you the knowledge and skills to put into practice.
Pickleball is a very sociable game as its played on a much smaller court than tennis which means players are closer together making it easier to interact, have a laugh and stay active!
There are also plenty health and fitness benefits to playing pickleball - it's a low impact sport even though the game involves plenty of movement. It provides a great cardiovascular workout, improves coordination and helps with balance and agility whatever your age! For those looking to stay active without stressing their joints, pickleball provides a safe yet effective workout.
